How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on location. These are our standard delivery times:
International orders may be subject to further delays of up to 30 days due to customs checks.
Delivery will be deemed complete once we attempt to deliver your item(s) to the address provided or an alternative address/location agreed between you and our courier. Following completion of delivery, the item(s) will be your responsibility.

My order tracking number isn't working! What do I do?
Sorry to hear you’re having issues with tracking!
If your order number begins with “U”, this means you purchased Untracked Shipping. For Untracked orders, we’re unable to access any information on the whereabouts of your item(s) once they have left our warehouse. As such, we are unable to guarantee the safe delivery of your item(s) once dispatched.
Please note, we are not able to refund or reship any item(s) that do not arrive if Untracked Shipping is selected.

Can I return or exchange my order?
We’re so sorry you’re not happy with your Session item(s)! Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your item(s) with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll take care of it.
